This webinar will provide attendees with significant findings on how the adolescent brain develops, including a brief overview of the structure of the brain. The presenters will cover the three major aspects of the brain that are particularly active and change throughout adolescence: regulation, relationships, and rewards. Attendees will learn how to apply this information to working with youth to both promote and advocate for healthy brain development, as well as authentically engage them in their case plans. The presenters will also share practical tips to integrate adolescent brain science into their advocacy and framing of their client’s narrative to the court.
