When you first start at CASA you are super excited and full of motivation. You are destined to change the world. However, when you encounter obstacles or deal with a lot of trauma, motivation starts to wear thin.

That is why the CASA staff is planning the 2nd annual self-care and in-service training day to help “Revive your Inner CASA”, a day to rejuvenate that initial motivation and drive you felt when you first signed up to be a CASA volunteer!

Come out in your best Hawaiian flora shirt and enjoy some basic guided meditation, get to know your fellow CASAs, and learn how to improve your time management and stress management techniques. There will be lots of door prizes, goody bags and yummy food! We want to shower you with appreciation as well as tools to better take care of yourself. Join us for a day of self-care and getting to know your fellow CASA community members. ALOHA!!
