 d enjoy some basic guided meditation\, get to know your fellow CASAs\, and
  learn how to improve your time management and stress management technique
 s. There will be lots of door prizes\, goody bags and yummy food! We want 
 to shower you with appreciation as well as tools to better take care of yo
 urself. Join us for a day of self-care and getting to know your fellow CAS
