Rookie of the Year: Tori Hill
Although Tori is new to the CASA program, you would never know it by the level of professionalism, compassion, and commitment she brings to her role. From day one, she has approached advocacy with the heart of a seasoned volunteer and the determination of someone truly driven to make a difference.
In a short time, Tori has shown a remarkable ability to connect with children, build trust, and navigate the complexities of the foster care system with both grace and confidence. She quickly embraced the responsibilities of a CASA, meeting each challenge as an opportunity to stand up for her child’s best interests.
Whether it’s showing up consistently for visits, writing detailed and insightful court reports, or advocating for essential services and stability, Tori has proven to be an incredible asset to our CASA community. Her dedication and compassion reflect the very spirit of our mission and set a high standard for new advocates to follow. For these reasons, we proudly name Tori Hill the 2025 Rookie Advocate of the Year.
