 e a CASA volunteer! \n\nCome out and enjoy some basic yoga sessions\, comm
 unication\, personality\, and self-care. There will be lots of door prizes
 \, goody bags and yummy food! We want to shower you with appreciation as w
 ell as tools to better take care of yourself.  Join us for a day of self-c
 are and getting to know your fellow CASA community members.
